PP Polyolefin Microporous Membrane
Polyolefin porous PP film is an environmentally friendly functional film without fluorine and with high physical properties prepared by special process.
Structural features: It has a super-small porous structure. The pore diameter is one percent of the smallest water droplet diameter (about 20μm), and it is thousands of times larger than water molecules. Due to surface tension, it can block liquid water or solid particles from passing through, while allowing air or water vapor to pass through.

The air permeability of single membrane can reach 45s/100ml, realizing the real comfort of human body.
High moisture vapor permeability
Moisture permeability up to 10,000 g/m2/24h (JIS L 1099A1), 150,000 g/m2/24h (JIS L 1099 B1).
High water pressure resistance
The hydrostatic pressure can reach 20,000 mmH₂O (JIS L1092B), which meets the requirements of high-end brand fabrics for water pressure.
Lightweight
Gram weight: 6g/㎡ (taking thickness 18μm as an example), can be compounded with various non-elastic fabrics.
Aging resistance
There will be no hardening, cracking and other phenomena under the condition of -30℃. There will be no aging and cracking problems after more than 5 years in normal environment.

Electrospun Nanofiber Membrane
The nanofiber film is produced by high voltage electrospinning process.
Structural Features: The material features a microscopic "microfiber-node" network structure with a minimum pore diameter of 0.2 μm, containing billions of pores per square centimeter. These pores measure one-hundredth the size of water droplets (approximately 20 μm) and are thousands of times larger than water molecules. Due to surface tension, this structure effectively blocks liquid water or solid particles while allowing air and/or water vapor to pass through.

PTFE Membrane
PTFE membrane is a porous film made from polytetrafluoroethylene through extrusion and biaxial stretching procedures. This material boasts exceptional chemical stability and heat resistance, featuring an asymmetric structure with a spider-web-like surface pattern. It has a porosity exceeding 85%, containing 1.4 billion micropores per square centimeter with pore sizes ranging from 0.02 to 15 μm. The three-dimensional network structure creates a unique curved interlocking configuration of micropores.
Clothing membranes utilize micro-pore size variations to achieve waterproof, moisture-permeable, wind-resistant, and thermal insulation properties, widely used in protective gear and outdoor equipment. Filter membranes, leveraging their chemical corrosion resistance and high-temperature tolerance, efficiently intercept industrial flue gas particles with a filtration efficiency of 99.99%. Purification membranes filter bacteria and particulates through precision pores ranging from 0.05-0.45 μm, designed for clean environments like pharmaceutical facilities and laboratories.
