PU Micro Porous Breathable Membrane
Micro porous membrane is a kind of hydrophobic micro porous film with polyurethane as the main material.
Structural Characteristics: The surface of PU micro-porous membranes features a spider-web pattern of micropores. These pores exhibit conventional fiber-like configurations with intricate three-dimensional structures including interconnected networks, nested pore arrangements, and curved channels. Notably, multiple micropores may form a single channel, while individual pores can also link to multiple channels.

Features

Fluoride-free
The products are completely free of fluoride additives and do not contain PFAS or PFOA substances.
Waterproof
The pore is one twenty-thousandth of the diameter of a water molecule, making it difficult even for the smallest water droplets to pass through.
Windproof
The microporous channels of the microporous membrane are not straight. It is very difficult for air molecules to pass through its microporous channels, thus effectively blocking the convection of gas molecules inside and outside the fabric.
Moisture permeability
The microporous membrane has hundreds of millions of micropores per square inch, and water vapor molecules can freely pass through the micropores and be quickly discharged from the body, so that sweat will not condense on the skin surface.
hydrophobicity
When the temperature drops and the movement stops, the micro-porous membrane can keep dry and the human body will not feel cold and wet, which is impossible for the hydrophilic film.
Air Permeability
Microporous with slight air permeability, the breathability of a single membrane can reach 1.5 mm/s, enhancing human comfort and preventing a feeling of stuffiness.
