PU non-porous moisture permeable Membrane
The structure can be adjusted by different formulations and processing methods to achieve a variety of physical properties, such as softness, wear resistance and chemical stability, etc., which belongs to hydrophilic film.
PU film is achieved through PU resin, which is a group of copolymers composed of hard segments and soft segments. The hard segments consist of hydrophobic chemical bonds that can prevent water droplets from passing through, providing waterproofing. The soft segments consist of hydrophilic chemical bonds, which, through the interaction between hydrophilic groups and water molecules, use hydrogen bonds and other intermolecular forces to transfer water vapor from the side with higher humidity to the side with lower humidity through an adsorption-diffusion-desorption process, thereby achieving breathability.
